The Premier Siesta Key Fishing Experience

Siesta Key is famous for its powdery sand, and it sits just a short drive up the coast from some of the best inshore fishing on the Gulf. Rather than work the crowded passes from the beach, Siesta Key visitors make the easy run north to our launch beside the Kingfish Boat Ramp on Anna Maria Island and meet a local fishing guide who knows exactly where the bite sets up.

From the dock, Captain David White works Siesta Key anglers across the grass flats of Sarasota Bay and the productive water around Tidy Island, sight casting Snook and Redfish along the mangroves and off Bean Point. When the Silver Kings move through each summer, tarpon fishing for Siesta Key groups centers on the legendary grounds at Egmont Key and Passage Key at the mouth of Tampa Bay.

Easy Access from Siesta Key

Every charter launches from our single home dock — the public boat ramp at 6398 Marina Way in Holmes Beach, right next to the Kingfish Boat Ramp. From Siesta Key, FL plan on about a 45-minute drive north up the coast via US-41 and SR 64, a straightforward route that delivers you to Anna Maria Island ready to fish.
